A Brief Review of Calibration-Free Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy

چکیده
The calibration-free laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (CF-LIBS) technique requires no reference samples of the same matrix to establish calibration curve, not affected by effect. In recent years, CF-LIBS technology has greatly progressed, and accuracy quantitative analysis gradually improved. purpose this review was introduce fundamental modified algorithms. Boltzmann plot method, Saha–Boltzmann column density (CD-SB) method were discussed. Moreover, as a critical factor in CF-LIBS, self-absorption effect its influence on also introduced. been applied variety fields, such environmental protection, explorations space, cultural heritage preservation, geological survey, which described review.
